With regards to the technology used on board the vessels involved. The CONCORD Assembly is joint funded by all four of the major sovereign powers as a peacekeeping force. The most solid and reliable technologies from all four empires are put to good use to build and maintain our fleet as well as keeping it at the cutting edge of combat capability. Our technologies are created partially from the technologies you saw in use this evening. As a graduate of the School of Applied Knowledge you should know this.

I get the distinct impression Ms. Vea believes herself to be rather important within the Goonswarm Federation, when the words of her compatriots seem to indicate otherwise. She also seems to put on a face of being a rather relevant "spy master" and player-of-games in the cluster. An interesting conundrum to be in on a public venue.

This would be the thread where you lose all credibility you have as a potent communicator, if you'd have had any to lose to begin with.

I'm all for innovative rhyming, but "cried" and "arrived" is a questionable rhyme at best. In circumstances like this, consider which word is most important to your poem and alter the other line to fit.

Goons lept 'pon a Tribal in Hek
But t'was tanked up with Jovian tech
"Oh no!" They cried,
"Our kill's been denied!"
As its shield bar didn't move but a speck.
